BRANDER-XP：添加菜单到“开始”右侧

BRANDER-XP 可以添加一项菜单到“开始”菜单的右侧。但仅可添加一项。
设置后需重启explorer。重启explorer的方法—-
方法一：运行 taskkill /im explorer.exe /f & explorer
方法二：如果你电脑里有 nircmd，执行 nircmd shellrefresh 即可。
